How do you ensure the chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and insulation, along with reusable gel ice packs, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition regardless of the weather.
Are Manam Chocolates suitable for people with allergies?
While we offer vegan and gluten-free options, all our chocolates are produced in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and soy. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page.
What is the shelf life of your craft chocolates?
Our dark chocolate bars are best enjoyed within 12 months, while our inclusions and milk chocolates are best within 6-9 months. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place between 18-20°C.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping soon. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Yes, you can add a custom message at the checkout page. We will print it on a premium gift card and include it inside the package for a special touch.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement.
